Julia Lindhagen is a Swedish designer and engineer. Her work is characterized by her deep interest in function and materials, where geometrical forms often is combined with soft and natural colors. She strives to design products that you can enjoy and live with for a long time. Her philosophy is that the best designs are not complicated but honest and intuitive and that it’s all about finding the balance between beauty and function.
Julia Lindhagen earned her master’s degree in Product Design at Linköpings university and has also studied furniture design in both China and Australia. Her resume includes, among other, The design award 2019 for the shelf Furin.
An Italian heritage and background in Industrial Design has paved the way for several of his furniture designs being accepted and sold locally and internationally.
Over the past 33 years, furniture design has become the main interest, hobby and passion for the unassuming Italian, turning his talents into a lifelong career.
